Achieving ongoing growth for a venerable Dallas community

Presbyterian Village North is a cornerstone community for Forefront Living, one of our agency’s valued partners (we also work with Forefront corporate and sister community The Outlook at Windhaven).  

Building on its 60+ year history, in 2023, we worked with the PVN team to launch and successfully sell out a large new $60M Independent Living expansion called The Hawthorne. Following that effort, PVN didn’t stop; it completed a major campus renovation project while we reimagined the community’s website, building an entirely new online presence as of 2024.

Key to our marketing efforts were lead-gen efforts led by highly effective digital advertising campaigns (search and display), smart marketing automation designed to nurture early-stage leads, selective use of traditional print media in the DFW market to reach both a broad audience (via Dallas Morning News) and more targeted audiences (Texas Jewish Post), and on- and off-site SEO efforts designed to maximize organic traffic flow to the website. 

All of these efforts resulted in steady sales growth that completely sold out the community in early 2025. With interest remaining high, we introduced a new high buy-in wait list (buy-ins ranging from $25-60K) in 2025. And in summer 2025, a new Independent Living expansion was unveiled that would continue PVN’s six-decade-long tradition of growing and improving always. That expansion campaign is currently under way.
