As an active member of AAF since 1998, he began his service on the board in 2010 by assuming the public service co-chair position followed by helping lead fundraising-media auction initiatives. After his current term as president, he will assume the position of AAF Virginia Governor.
Under Matt’s leadership as the 2014-2015 president, the AAF Roanoke Chapter was also recognized as Club of the Year during the recent award ceremony. The chapter also received an AAF National ADDY Incentive Award for increased year-over-year locally in the American Advertising Awards and they were honored with achievement awards in six categories.
