Angela Hamilton, executive vice president with Anstey Hodge, participated in the 2015 Georgia/South Carolina Conference on Aging. The conference, held in Hilton Head, South Carolina, provided valuable information about new ideas and trends in the ever growing and changing industry of care and services for older adults. Angela was part of a panel discussion that addressed “The Marketing Mix: Finding the Importance of Brand, Media Usage and Social Media. The panel gave their insight on how older adults are consuming information through a mix of traditional and digital media.

Learning The Marketing Biz
Anstey Hodge partnered with Virginia Western Community College to participate in a Job Shadowing program. Melva, a student at Virginia Western Community College, spent the day with the Anstey Hodge team to learn more about the industry as she prepares to pursue a degree in a marketing/advertising-related field next year. Melva had the unique opportunity of observing Richard Boyd (Richard Boyd Photography) as he conducted a photo shoot.
