Anstey Hodge Team On the Move in Memphis

Recently, the Anstey Hodge team visited the Memphis area for some photo and video shoots for our clients, The Farms at Bailey Station and Kirby Pines.

The first visit was a two-day photo shoot for The Farms at Bailey Station to capture fresh new images and video of the recently opened LifeCare retirement community in Collierville, TN. We’ve been honored to have been a part of this $300 million project’s amazing journey from the very beginning—from blue-sky to this very moment and beyond.

Following the shoot at The Farms, the next visit was to Kirby Pines for a two-day video shoot to film a series of testimonials with actual Kirby Pines residents. A part of the “Why Kirby?” awareness campaign, these testimonials were created to enhance the community’s social media presence as well as to use in future marketing efforts.

Anstey Hodge is proud to be a longtime advertising and marketing partner with both The Farms at Bailey Station and Kirby Pines, both managed by Memphis-based Retirement Companies of America (RCA).

Anstey Hodge Launches New Website for Friendsview Retirement Community

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new website for our client, Friendsview, a Quaker-directed continuing care retirement community located in Newberg, Oregon. The website is part of a larger integrated campaign to promote its $124 Million expansion project. This major expansion, slated for completion in May 2023, will add new independent living apartments and cottage duplexes, as well as additional common areas and an updated health center.

Anstey Hodge Advertising Group is pleased to be the advertising and marketing partner for Friendsview retirement community. Since working with Friendsview in 2021, we have seen on-site goal conversion rates increase by nearly 70%.

Other development team members include Greystone, LRS Architects, Pence Construction Inc., and Mennonite Health Services Consulting.

The Outlook at Windhaven receives $197 Million Financing

We’re excited to announce our client, Dallas, TX-based Forefront Living, has received $197 million in bond financing for its brand-new senior living community, The Outlook at Windhaven, coming in 2024 to Plano, TX.

Working alongside our longtime lead development partner, Irving, TX-based Greystone, Anstey Hodge is thrilled to have had our marketing efforts play an instrumental role in helping The Outlook reach its goal of 70% in pre-sales in order to achieve bond financing.

Financing for The Outlook is being arranged by Chicago-based Ziegler, a privately held investment bank, capital markets and proprietary investments firm with offices located throughout the U.S. Ziegler specializes in the healthcare, senior living and education sectors, as well as general municipal and structured finance.

Additionally, in November 2020, Anstey Hodge helped Forefront Living reach its 70% pre-sales goal for another project—The Hawthorne, a new, high-end, multi-story apartment building, part of Forefront’s Presbyterian Village North senior living community in North Dallas. The project also included renovations to the community’s existing common areas. Its $77 million in bond financing was also arranged by Ziegler.

We’re very excited for Forefront Living as we watch The Outlook at Windhaven come to life.
