The AREVA Open Enrollment Campaign was recognized with a first place GOLD PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) Summit Award in the internal communication category (average budget).
AREVA, which supplies nuclear engineering services and products to the nation’s 103 nuclear power plants, needed to roll out its new benefits plan through an open enrollment process ( a two-week period in which the employee can make any adjustments to current benefits) to all 5,500 North American employees across 22 locations.
Anstey Hodge Advertising Group developed a communications strategy that would inform 100% of all employees about Open Enrollment and provide them with an easy-to-understand overview of 2015 benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and other benefits.
