The Farms at Bailey Station, a 37-acre community that will feature state-of-the-art housing and lifestyle amenities for senior adults in Collierville, Tennessee, recently conducted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the commencement of construction of their first garden home.
The 63 garden homes will range in size from 1,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Centered around Lake Christie, the homes will offer many custom, high-end features. “One of many appealing aspects of the exquisite homes is that the interior and the exterior will be beautifully maintained by a well-qualified staff,” Michelle Trammell Vincent, senior vice president of Retirement Companies of America, said.
Some of the amenities within the garden homes will include Energy Star rated windows, personalized cabinets and spacious walk-in closets. “We are excited to offer these exceptionally built homes that will be completely designed and customized by the residents,” Vincent mentioned.
