PRSA Summit Awards 2015
The 2015 Blue Ridge Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Summit Awards were held at the Hotel Roanoke on Thursday, November 5, 2015.
A record number of entries were judged by a panel from the Thoroughbred (Kentucky) PRSA chapter. The Summit Awards highlight the creative and effective ways in which communications impact our lives.

Intern With Anstey Hodge Wins PRSA Student Competition
Congratulations to our summer intern, Chloe Young, for receiving a GOLD Summit Award for her student portfolio. Chloe, a recent graduate of the visual communication design program at Virginia Tech, participated in a four month internship where she worked on several design projects under the direction of the Anstey Hodge creative team. Her recent work with Anstey Hodge was featured as part of the winning Summit Award entry.

Anstey Hodge Wins PRSA Summit Awards
The AREVA Open Enrollment Campaign was recognized with a first place GOLD PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) Summit Award in the internal communication category (average budget).
AREVA, which supplies nuclear engineering services and products to the nation’s 103 nuclear power plants, needed to roll out its new benefits plan through an open enrollment process ( a two-week period in which the employee can make any adjustments to current benefits) to all 5,500 North American employees across 22 locations.
Anstey Hodge Produces Several Winners for PRSA Summit Awards
A GOLD (first place) PRSA Summit Award is presented to Anstey Hodge for the Campaign for Jefferson Center brochure in the category of print publications (average budget).
Anstey Hodge Advertising Group designed a full color multi-page brochure that would be distributed to potential donors to provide vital information on the array of programming, services, and performances that are vital assets and serve to enhance the community. The brochure includes comprehensive information on the history of the building as it was transformed from a high school to a robust center to benefit individuals of all ages.

Our staff involved with Anstey Hodge Senior enjoyed participating in the four-day LeadingAge Annual Conference held in Boston this week.
The 2016 conference will take us to Indianapolis, Indiana next year!
Anstey Hodge Senior Attends Reception at Fenway Park
Our staff with Anstey Hodge Senior got an insider’s look at the oldest ballpark in the country during an an exclusive event hosted by BB&T Capital Markets.
While attending the 2015 LeadingAge Conference in Boston, John Anstey, Angela Hamilton and Donna Wardell participated in a special reception held at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox since 1912.
Anstey Hodge Senior Participates in LeadingAge Annual Meeting and Expo
Our staff involved with Anstey Hodge Senior participated in the 2015 LeadingAge Annual Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, on November 1-4, 2015.
The LeadingAge Annual Meeting and Expo is the largest annual gathering of aging services providers.
During the event, Anstey Hodge along with more than 500 exhibitors showcased their innovative services and products as attendees had the opportunity to network and discover the new trends in meeting the unique needs of older adults.
